Axcan Pharma interview questions

Interview appointment was handled through a company recruiter. Communication was rather inefficient with many return calls for new details. Position included management of team. Unfortunately, those roles were being filled prior to supervisory role being filled. That I would have had no input into the team that I would be managing was disheartening. The scheduled phone interview was poorly managed with interviewer not knowing that her assistant had booked the call. There were several additional mismatches in communications. I was fine with not being offered the position after the interview experiences.
