Awfis Community Manager interview questions

The interview process started with a telephonic screening where basic qualifications and experience were discussed. It was followed by an HR round focusing on communication skills and cultural fit. After successful evaluation, the company shared the offer letter.

After HR screening there was two virtual and one in person rounds with PAN India lead , South lead and COO Nothing related to work and past profession. Just GK and current affairs like you are facing a UPSC interview. Finally asked me share the Documents like salary structure offer letter pan adhar etc. And HR informed we will discuss further after reviewing documents. Then there was no update, when I inquired from my end than they replied that my profile was not shortlisted. Go for interview if you are preparing for any competition exams and good GK :)
