interview with clients before actually signing contracts, only recruit on mission, not on profile, very bad not recommended if u like the mission or client can try, but not good cabinet to go

Had a few personal interviews at their office (each around an hour). Nothing special, nothing technical. In the end they asked to make dossier de competence (some kinda a presentation for clients, because they are not hiring you until your first client chose you, cannot blame them for this). Never called back... People, stop doing what you are doing because it’s a huge waste of personal time of the candidate...
