It was 5 years ago when I interviewed, so things might be different now, but HR was pretty quick in scheduling all rounds of interviews. Mainly because I found out after I got the job that they were trying to fill the open position for over 9 months. Within a week I met with the Sr manager, Director of Fashion and Home, and the president for Fashion and home. Then after the offer the Director took me out to lunch and really offered up many opportunities for me to ask questions.
