3 round interview. First with a former member, second with a supervisor, third with an organization. The first two include a simulated situation you most likely encounter in your year of service. overall good experience. Nothing unexpected.

Interview
It was a great experience! There is a very long application that asks about your "education" on subjects like poverty, racism... There are also a lot of questions about your Jewish background. There are two interviews and after you are accepted into the fellowship you interview with potential placements.
