Avnet recruiting team reached out to me by phone and email asking questions about previous employment. I was then asked to do a phone interview, then a couple weeks later asked for an in person interview that lasted about 3 hours.

Interview
Got a phone call inviting me for a personal interview with HR and next say with the hiring manager and that same afternoon they made me the offer over the phone. They sent offer letter by courier and I had a couple of days to return and started within a week. Their HR very unprofessional wanted me to start right away without giving notice to my employer but I declined and told him that was not professional and he asked if I could just give one week instead of two and I accepted in fear that the offer would be withdrawn.
