Avmax interview questions

The HR will call for a phone interview. Then they contact me to have an on-site interview with HR and two managers. The whole interview takes about one hour. They asked behaviour questions and professional questions. They also mentioned to work in this company, I'll need to work extra hours, even on weekends.
