Avlon Industries interview questions

Interview process is average. They look at your education background and ask you questions accordingly. I was asked a bunch of technical questions. It was a panel interview, usually with the manager and the HR.

Recruiter contacted me and after two interview I was hired. First interview conducted by two people then after a week I was introduced with the owner and second interview conducted then after three weeks I was asked to start job and I wasted one week because they change starting date two times.
