I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Aviva (York, England) in Feb 2020
Interview
They called and asked the usual telephone interview questions, but they don't seem to be interested in anybody who isn't predicted a 2:1 no matter what the degree course. They didn't really want to hear about anything else; e.g. extra-curriculars or previous work experience.

Interview
It is an online interview in which you will answer every question by recording yourself. You have 2 mins to prepare for the answer before the video starts to record. The difficult part is you only see yourself, making you feel nervous.

Why are you interested in this specific role at Aviva
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Aviva (Bristol, England) in Jan 2024
Interview
The graduate route at Aviva has a lengthy, but rewarding, interview process that is comprised of multiple stages, each with an increasing degree of difficulty.
The stages are made up of a CV review, an online video interview, and an assessment centre day, which will take place over the course of 3-4 months.
You will be kept well informed with the progress of your application with good communication from the recruitment team. Each stage of the interview is enjoyable and there is lots to learn, no matter of the outcome.
