Very slow process. I first talked to an HR employee on the phone. They asked strictly general questions about my background and the reason why I thought they should meet me in person. I was then invited in for an interview with the hiring manager. Again, general questions about my background and what I knew about the company. I never heard back from HR following the one on one interview, although I had been told by the hiring manager I was a strong candidate. I had to chase up several times. Finally, I was told they had decided to not progress my application any further as they needed someone with more experience, which contradicted what I had been told by the hiring manager who was looking for a junior and flexible candidate.
