      Devops Engineer Interview

      22 Aug 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Omaha, NE
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 12 months. I interviewed at Aviture (Omaha, NE) in Jul 2023

      Interview

Extremely long back and forth process with no real offer at the end. People seem nice enough but are more than willing to string you along indefinitely for a role that might not exist.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re truly sorry that our interview process left you feeling strung along. That’s never the experience we want for candidates, and understand how discouraging it can be when communication isn’t clear or timely. Because Aviture’s hiring is often tied to the timing of client projects, there are times when a role may be delayed or shift based on project needs. Still, that doesn’t change the fact that we owe candidates better clarity about where things stand. We know we can do better in communicating that reality upfront and following up more quickly during the process. Aviture is intentional about who we bring onto the team—we look for people who want to make an impact through technology, not just fill a seat. While that can make our process more deliberate, it’s because we take both the work and our people seriously. Thank you for taking the time to write about your experience.
