Interview
3 interviews starting with HR, Hiring Manager and Senior Management. HR Manager did the background check and connected with me for the entire process. Once I passed this, I was asked to meet with the hiring manager. Once I passed this I then met with senior management and negotiated my salary.

Behavioral based questions which include specific examples.
Interviewer was late and continuously mentioned the required relocation. I understand that is important, but I feel like I wasn't even being interviewed. Besides that, easy interview questions. About 30 minutes in length.
Friendly and conversational. Met with managers who were positive and informative. They interview with the idea that you will work into a promotion in mind. They look for qualities of area managers , etc.
Interview process was straight forward and efficient. Interview was behavioral in nature. I was able to make an informed decision as they provided appropriate context for the duties of the position.
