      I applied through university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Avient in Sept 2024

      On campus recruiting came to my school. The recruiter who interviewed me came off as condescending. Instead of seeming curious and friendly like most recruiters I've interviewed with, it felt more like a police interrogation, like he was trying to catch me slipping up. He tried to make it clear he was in charge of who gets jobs, just felt like he was on a power trip. Overall, it put a bad taste in my mouth about this company.

      I applied online. I interviewed at Avient (Avon Lake, OH) in Oct 2021

      Interview

      A two-day zoom event was planned. The first day, each candidate was interviewed. During the second day, online meetings were scheduled for the entire day. The first half of the day was talks from people that currently worked at the company. During lunch, we meet with people that were/are apart of the TLDP. The second half of the day was a surprise group project, and ~4 people were paired together to answer the prompt. Each group then presented an answer to the prompt.

      More emphasis was given to the group project question. I believe it was to come up with a green-product line the company could add to the portfolio.
