Poor initial candidate communication. Recruiter was not well organized and prepared. I did not get a clear picture of the overall hiring process. Later we had a smooth and professional technical part.
An easy interview with no technical rounds as it was mostly just conversation with a team lead or a manager about the duties and responsibilities of the team and the position applied for.
