The process began with a facility tour then moved into the office for the one on one portion of the interview. The interviewer introduced himself and gave a short personal background, outlined the details of the position, department culture, expectations, and benefits. Then, he moved to straight forward questions regarding my experience as it aligned with the position and finished with a one page written aptitude test. The interviewer was very knowledgeable as well as personable and promised a follow up call once all the pending applicants had been vetted. As promised, he called me two weeks later and explained that the gentleman, whose position was being filled, had declined their competitor's offer and decided to remain with the company. He thanked me for my time and encouraged me to apply for other positions within the company.
