I was contacted by HR promptly after applying, which is a big plus. I had a first-round interview with an HR coordinator and Avia's head of SEO. The interview was approximately 45 minutes long and was very pleasnt.

Question 1
The interview consisted of standard questions about experience based on the job description.
I was told the next step would be an assignment the company was willing to pay me for. The assignment was to rewrite the text on 3 webpages to optimize the content for SEO.
