The process consist of two phases. First phase a video interview with HR, going over your motivation and experience. Very pleasant and friendly conversation about what interests me in this position and about the company. At the end it was mentioned for a possible second video interview focusing in the technical experience, but it was not required in the end.
Second round is an assessment center (have not gone through this yet) , where they assess teamwork and analytical skills based on a problem. Due to covid this is happening online and is planned to be two days.
