Attention Avery Dennison Directors: you have a big problem in the company's human resources team, especially in Latin America!!! The people of this company, in the selection processes, do not respect people's time, people's lives, the experiences of people who are taking their careers seriously. They sent me a meeting invite without aligning the time with me, then I communicated the time that would be best for me (after all, I was working at my current job). Even saying what time I would be available, they didn't respect that and, even so, I went for the interview.
In short: questions and challenges out of context with the vacancy offered; prejudice and envy on the part of interviewers; and, again: they scheduled another interview without notifying me and then canceled that interview without notifying me. A very big mess. God forbid working in this company, if they treat us like that in the selection process, I can imagine the terror it must be to work with people like the ones who interviewed me.
