Avenues Recovery Center interview questions

Interviewed via virtual then came in for a face to face. communication was good and the HR team followed up to make sure I didn’t have any questions. Staff were friendly when I came in for the interview

I had 4 rounds of interviews - extremely chaotic, continuously changed times/dates of interviews. I was pretty much told that I had the job, they were just waiting to talk about salary with the higher ups - however after my last interview I never heard from them again. Super unprofessional.
