5 rounds of interviews, left hanging until I asked twice about status, was then rejected after being told by recruiter "we are hiring like crazy." I knew and worked for (at multiple airlines) most of the hiring managers with good review at those companies. One of the hiring managers was even my Alma Mater from a smaller unknown school of aviation (and even wore his SIU sweatshirt in the interview because he knew I went there)! Not sure what I did wrong, interviews felt great, but I felt the hiring process became uncoordinated, with no feedback.
