Pre-interview process is extremely long, making you fill useless amount of information they will never actually bother to check (I've been on the other side and told explicity to just ignore the questionnare answers, just look at a resume).
Inverview overall is fine; usual disrespect from the person interviewing you as many other places: asking questions that are clearly lined out in your resume which if they had bothered to read in 2 mins they would know the answer to.

Dont waste your time :) You will receive an email with praise of your portfolio and a huge survey to fill out for an application for a job. Only after that you will receive important information about the vacancy.

First, they give a 3d test. After they check my 3d work, they will do 20 minutes interview. If I pass both interviews, I can get the job. They ask my salary expectation .
