I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Avanti Way (La Paz, La Paz) in Aug 2021
Interview
The Interview process took 3 stages. The first one a phone interview after almost 3 months of having applied.
The second one a face-to-face interview with a recruiter from my country that was very dynamic, more like a talk/discussion than a interviews, which was good.
Lastly, a zoom meeting with a U.S. recruiter. In my case, he was not able to understand some struggles of a third country citizen and was excited not to give me work tools and that I had to use my home tools for work, different as what I've told in my first interview.
