Avanti Destinations interview questions

Three interviews completed with no follow up after the final interview. This company completely ghosted me after a 30 minute interview turned into an hour followed by a 25 minute tour and introduction to team members. There was no denial of the application. The job posting went back up after a few days and is still being posted almost a year later. This experience felt like a lack of care of consideration for the applicants. Considering the role has not been filled after so much time is concerning .
