Long and extensive. Look over a month and 4-5 interviews with different levels of a management. They dive deep into your background and experience. Customer service and hospitality knowledge goes over well.

They want people who are dedicated and reliable. They ask about situations you have overcome difficult customers/ examples of problem resolution.
I applied and had a recruiter named Amanda reach out to be a few days later. She was super informative and friendly during the call and we walked through my experience and I learned more about the day to day for the role. After that I met with the hiring manager and other members of the operations team. Everything was a great fit and I ended up getting an offer within a couple weeks. Amanda checked in with me several times and made sure I felt prepared and had all my questions answered. Overall really fast and great exp.
