Initial telephone screening call with HR. Personal questions and questions about previous professional experience – what I had done in my previous roles, why I was looking for a change, etc.
The first interview was with Global HR, via Teams. Similar content – previous professional experience – they also told me more about the role they were looking to fill and asked how I saw myself fitting in.
The final interview was with the Global HR Manager. It was more technical, with specific questions using the SMART technique and about how I had applied data in decision-making.
