The process took around 4 weeks from submitting CV to receiving the job offer. After submitting CV, hiring team will make a phone call & ask questions. Just some background & behavioural questions. Then interview with the HR & project fit interview.

Entrevista com RH e entrevista técnica com gestor caso aprovado na primeira etapa. Parte técnica nível mediano de dificuldade. São solícitos quando te pedem disponibilidade de horário pra agendar a call, mas lerdos demais em dar feedback. Estou até hoje a ver navios, mesmo depois de um ok no processo seletivo. Simplesmente sumiram e nunca mais entraram em contato.

Interview process was pretty good. I had great communication with the recruiter, and the rest of the people I met through the process. They ask you about your experience, and STAR type of questions
