Was about a 1-2 months process. Recruiter reached out to me, and was super kind and informative about the company. Interviewed with the recruiter once on the phone, a current engineer once on the phone, and two directors in person at one of their offices pre-COVID. Very smooth process.
For a starting role, more focused on soft skills and willingness to learn than a particular portfolio of technical competences. Very open to people of different academic backgrounds and years of experience
