Technically I didn't go through the interview process because I got absorbed by Avanade from contractor position. But when I initially applied as contractor, it was fast. I had the panel interview let say on a Tuesday, within the same week I got hired.

How would I handle a situation where I am not sure what to do?
phone interview, then face to face interview, including technical interview and HR interview. And the interviewer is very nice, the whole process is very relaxing, and all the questions are very basic.
