I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Avamere (Salem, OR) in Mar 2014
Interview
Very informal, in a tiny shared office. An employee who was barley involved was it the tiny office too. It was like they couldn't think of questions. It was very awkward and not as professional as it could have been. But overall it was an easy interview. Show up, look the part and give some generic answers and they won't turn you down. Even of they should. A lot of people who get hired should not be hired.

Interview
The interview was easy and friendly. Appreciation expressed for my resume. I was asked questions about my experience and training and given a tour of the facility. Immediate hiring concluded the interview.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Avamere (Brighton, CO) in Mar 2014
Interview
As I worked in the kitchen previously, there was no interview for the CNA position which I thought was very unprofessional. They seemed very desperate to hire and while they did run a drug test and a background check, very little was asked of me interview wise. We never had a formal sit down interview.
