Avalon interview questions

It was pretty basic overall. I was asked about my work experience, and we went over the details of previous employment in relation to the prospective job. Then we discussed what my hobbies were, giving a sense that company is interested in the person they're hiring. Warning - they're not.

The interviewer was very friendly and explained the job to make it look cheery. It was not explained that hours would be cut short if there wasn't enough work or vice versa, that we were expected to come early and stay late, and work weekends if there was too much work.
