twice in person interview . Both times were simple and the questions were pretty general. I was asked for my goals on to improve processes. They were implementing a new system and asked if I would be an admin. Which was not a problem.
Very thorough and responsive! They asked general interview questions and it was all over zoom. They provided all details via email before and after the interview. Good experience overall. I was not offered but made it through multiple rounds.

What an experience. Avaline cares about find the right people for the jobs being offered. They do this by introducing the interviewee to senior employee's of the company and getting a real understanding of the company's core values. I loved it.
