Een eerste interview, waarna je mag gaan lunchen met de CEO. Heel ongebruikelijke procedure dus, geen idee of dit standaard zo gaat bij iedereen die er komt werken... Ze stellen amper vragen en schijnen weinig interesse te hebben in of je naast competenties ook qua werkethiek en persoonlijkheid zou passen in de bedrijfscultuur. Dit heb ik nog nooit meegemaakt!
