The interviews were rather casual and exploratory– more of a conversation in which I spoke to my skills and experience and the interviewer spoke about the role and what I could expect in my day-to-day. I completed one intro meeting with their HR team, two interviews with two direct team members, and one final interview with the HR head. The whole process lasted about two weeks and I received an offer two days after my final interview (EOW).

Straight forward- interviewer was able to have conversation and assess whether or not I would be right for the role. However, the company didn’t feel like a right fit. The interview process felt more conversational which was nice
