We’ll structured process. Initial telephone interview/chat. Face to face or virtual interview comes next based on the company values so have a competency example for each. General questions about why you want the job and who the competitors or. Technical task also took place as part of this interview. Final interview/informal chat with a member of the leadership team
The interview felt like a lot of work and prep for a presentation, but it was obvious they’d already picked an internal candidate. Kind of a time sink for external applicants.
