Interview
After initial HR matching with the company need. You will usually get a technical phone interview to weed out anybody too weak technically. After that you will have an afternoon of face to face technical interviews to further evaluate technical and communication skills. Also negative personality traits such as arrogance or egotism that may indicate poor team skills are watched for.
