They review your resume and ask you questions pertaining what technologies you have used, why you used those technologies, and if it was a good choice. Additionally, they asked the typical questions about where you see yourself in 5 years etc. I felt like I nailed the interview, but crickets after that. I just hope they are better at communicating with their customers than they are at communicating with prospective employees or they will be in trouble.
