It is wonderful experience throughout the process till the recruitment process. Interview is completely wonderful where we can know something’s which we never learned. Interview process had gone through 2 hours for me and I learnt many things about the product. In interview they asked me technically and product based questions which gave me the clear picture of Automation Anywhere which is the best part. I am looking forward to work with team.

Totally there were 3 rounds of interview. First 2 rounds are purely technical and other one is managerial round. Technical rounds are mainly based on the things we've worked. Managerial round contains the behavioural questions.

Interview
They took around 3 rounds of Interview. I have cracked all of three. Firstly, they called me and ask the current job profile and all. Thereafter, first round of interview took place. After that, HR called me for salary negotiation. Basically they convinced me on one amount by telling that if I am agree with that amount then and then only we proceed. I agreed as I wanted to work on that field. Thereafter, rest of the interview process has been done. After completing all the process and finalizing the amount they told me that they will consider the requirement in next quarter, even though they send me break up of the salary and all the discussion had already happened for the offer letter. Meanwhile I have asked lot of times whether decision is confirmed or not. HR was like it is confirmed and they have certain process which needs to be followed. But after one week they they told me NO with big SORRY. It is the worst management I have ever seen.
