Automated Systems Holdings interview questions

It was just one single Zoom call that lasted only 13–15 minutes. casual and easy-going vibe, no technical questions, just basic chat about my background, why I’m interested in the company, and how I work with teams. Felt more like a friendly conversation than an interview. However, it took exactly two weeks for them to come back with the offer.

They ask you to provide all your private information before interview but then afterwards no follow up leave you wondering why you have to provide so many private informations. Need more transparency.
