Interview
Standard interview process. Filled out the application, had to call a couple times to check on the process. Got called in for the interview. Had to wait a few more days for my background check to come back. Then went through training on the computer.
Asked to come in to location and did a basic interview. Manager conducted interview and started the hiring process right away. Then had to do training for about a week. Sat at the computer for days completing training exams.

Applied Online got a call for the first interview, with the store manager. Couple days later got called for a second interview with District manager was told it was gonna be quick and easy. DM wanted to put a face to candidates for the position. Store manager made the final decision on who is hired.

Basic interview question, "Tell me about urself" "Job Expierences" " What do you know about cars" "Why do you want to work for Autozone".
Just basic questions like tell me about yourself, your experience, skills, and qualities. How would I upsell or recommend additional products to a customer? Friendly. Was offered a job and accepted at the end.
