The interview process was extremely easy. I completed the application process on the corporate website and had an interview scheduled the next day. A 2nd interview was scheduled 2 days later.

Interview
Long, slow at times. Multiple follow ups. Unclear directions. You at least have panels interviews with hiring managers and directors. Be prepared to get ask technical questions. Uses STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to assess past experiences.
Focuses on teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and adaptability.
Common questions: “Tell me about a time you had to analyze complex data” or “Describe a time you identified an error in financial reporting.”
