Recruiter contacted me via phone to pre interview and schedule face to face meeting with hiring manager. The friendly office staff greeted and helped get me set up with testing materials and information to get started. took 3 tests, two regarding morals and character and one mechanical aptitude. Pretty easy, then met with Reggie, hiring manager. Nice fellow, interview seemed to go well. However, it's been eleven days and haven't heard a peep... would have been nice to have a call or email returned.

Quick and to the point. Did 1 Zoom interview and then did 1 in-person interview. Not scripted corporate questions like other companies. They actually wanted to get to know me and know my relevant experience rather than read from a mandated interview sheet.

Very professional and very human oriented down to earth and realistic nothing pie in the sky, the expectations were very realistic. The job description was very specific and detailed. The interviewer was skilled and very honest.

Took a mechanical aptitude test because a large portion of the job is maintaining and repairing commercial kitchen equipment. Then an integrity test and a drug test. DOT regulated job means no drugs even if they are legal in the state
