Once done with call you fill out a form which further evaluates eligibility for job. They do not pick just one candidate from the group call. Its whoever is fit.

It was a straightforward, simple process. Got a call back after sending in resume. Scheduled a time to interview the following week and completed interview after that. There were no issues.

Very fun and creative but also working with people and how they go about the company. Employer was very fun but asked serious questions about me and past experience. Had fun and was able to make a good impression on the employer.
