I applied online. I interviewed at Autism Learning Partners (Costa Mesa, CA) in May 2019
Interview
The interview took place in their Costa Mesa office. It was a group interview where the interviewer (who was a full-time trainer) would ask one interviewee one question and then ask the next person a different question. Some questions were asked to the group as a whole. Then there was a role-play part, where we would act out scenarios of our play style and display how creative we can be with mundane toys and various items.
