I walked into a group interview and filled out some paperwork about availability and schedule for the first 10 minutes. The facilitator returned and we answered easy background questions in a group setting (asked about college background, experience with kids with Autism, how acceptable you are to receiving feedback). At the end, we were each pulled aside to discuss desired pay.
