I interviewed at Australian Financial Complaints Authority (Melbourne)
Interview
Smooth and relatively fast process. I had to do a written test first and then progressed to interview stage. During the interview, I was asked pretty standard questions - ie: how I handle challenging situations etc. It took about one hour. Then reference and background checks.

Interview
Online interview with 2 people. Was alright. Some basic questions, behavioural questions, didn't get the role as they want someone with more direct experience in the job. Didn't really get to know much about their culture.

Interview
Interview process is normal though the hiring managers do not show up as interested. Very difficult to reach out to HRs for updates. The feedback for not progressing to next stage is out of touch and unreasonable. Overall, they are not as good as they claim to be on social media and recruitment ads.
