I had nice experience in Interview. If you have a good theoretical knowledge you will be selected for cloud engineer role.. Employee have advantage of using learning platform to upskill. 2. External certification few of them are sponsered by Cognizant. 3. The working environment is great. One of the best campuses. 4. Work timings are sometimes flexible but mostly depends on your project team. 5. The healthcare is decent. Not the best in industry though. 6. The best part is outreach programs, they are the best. But depends on your project and work. I participated when I was fresher. But later on the workload didn't allow me to. 7. Job security is good. I came across with so many senior employee who were not that much technically sound. But they still managed to be there and ruin experience for you. This proves there is good Job Security.
