It was quite easy. They asked me questions as a first year teacher that I didn’t know all of the answers too. They still offered me a job and helped me through an awesome mentor program

Interview
This was a panel interview of five people. Each person on the panel tool turns asking questions. Questions were based on senorio situations as well as my educational philosophy. The questions were quite basic. However, one question was quite odd...how often do I want to be observed by administration? I have always been under the impression that the union contract is what dictates the number of teacher observations not the individual teacher.
