I applied online through the graduate program application process. Went through an online assessment process with behavioral questions and short videos. received a phone call for a group activity afterwards.
Imagine you are writing a feedback on a stadium construction project in the CBD of a major city. What are two opportunities and two threats of the project that you need to pass on to your manager?

Interview
Online assessment / video Interview, followed by
- an assessment centre where we were split into groups to assess team work with a presentation at the end
- individual interview with two members
They will email you and invite you for an online assessment. The interview consist of i think 6 questions to be answered by video responses limited to 3 minutes, written and multiple choices.

Interview
It went smoothly. Great to meet with industry leads and learnt more details about the graduate role. No really difficult questions, I was asked a lot more about my coursework that's related to work in reality.
