I was shortlisted for a pre-recorded video interview. You can complete this whenever you like but you must complete it before the deadline (you have at least a week to do this). You will be given a link to click to, and before the recording a video about their company will be shown to you. Afterwards, you get to have one practice question that would not be sent to the interviewer (it's so that you can get used to talking to the camera). There are 9 questions in total and only the first one can be re-recorded. For the rest of the questions you only get one chance. Before each recording you will be shown the question (on average you only get 15 seconds to read and think about your answer) and you will have around 45-60 seconds for you to answer. At the end of the interview you can also play back all your answers.
