First meeting with hiring manager, then there is technical assessment for take a home project. A technical interview on your home assignment. if everything going well they will call for cultural fit interview then final Offer

Asked about flutter architecture and how it is helpful for development
3rd party HR Screening- it was effective. HR Recruiter knew what they were doing and asked specific questions. Didn't make it pass but overall great experience. They even gave me pointers on how to improve my resume

People were friendly and open.

Interview was a little confusing with less structured questions that made it difficult to understand what was wanted from the answer.
